These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the rights and responsibilities between We Move U LLC and the Client for moving and relocation services.
1. Booking and Deposit
1.1 To secure your moving date, a $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.
1.2 Deposits can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle and Cash.
1.3 The deposit will be applied toward your total moving cost.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date.
2.2 If the Client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled move, a $200 cancellation fee will be charged.
2.3 If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded in full (minus any applicable processing fees).
2.4 Failure to provide notice or a “no-show” on the scheduled move date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit and may incur additional fees.
3. Liability and Insurance
3.1 We Move U LLC exercises the utmost care in handling your belongings. However, by engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Company’s liability for loss or damage to any item is limited to $0.60 per pound per article, unless additional valuation coverage is purchased prior to the move.

The Company is not liable for:

Items packed by the customer.

Pre-existing damage to furniture or property.

Damage to items of extraordinary value (e.g., jewelry, artwork, cash, collectibles) not disclosed and declared in writing before the move.

Loss or damage resulting from weather, road conditions, mechanical failure, or other events beyond our control.

3.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring all fragile or high-value items are properly packed and labeled before the move.
3.3 If additional insurance or valuation coverage is desired, it must be arranged in writing prior to the move date.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 The balance of the total moving cost is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle and Cash.
4.3 Any unpaid balance may be subject to late fees or collection costs.
5. Additional Time and Charges
5.1 The estimated duration of the move is based on information provided by the Client.
5.2 Any extra time required beyond the original estimate will be billed at an hourly rate.
5.3 Additional charges may apply for extra services such as packing, long carries, stairs, furniture disassembly/reassembly, or waiting time caused by property access delays.
6. Access and Conditions
6.1 The Client must ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed-upon time.
6.2 Any delays caused by restricted access, waiting time, or additional labor required (e.g., long carries, stairs, disassembly/reassembly) may result in additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, emotional distress, or loss of use.
7.2 Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific moving service in question.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County in Arizona.
9. Acceptance
By scheduling and confirming your move with WE Move U LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
